Your role:
As System Architect for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), you are responsible for designing and evolving an end-to-end, seamless ecosystem of tools and processes that supports everyone involved in software delivery. A chance to make a lot of IT people’s lives easier.
From functional and technical analysis, over data modelling and development, to testing, deployment and release, you ensure that all steps in the lifecycle are integrated, automated, and user-centric.
You remove friction, simplify complexity, and enable engineers and analysts to focus on value creation instead of administrative overhead.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design and own the target architecture for SDLC tooling (e.g. Confluence, data modeling and architecture tools, CI/CD, ...), together with the owners of the tools.
- Bridge the gap between SDLC process managers and tooling owners (software factories etc.)
- Ensure end-to-end integration across lifecycle stages.
- Drive standardization and reuse of patterns.
- Eliminate manual evidence logging through automation.
- Enable traceability and compliance by design.
- Introduce AI for automation of steps, fast user feedback, documentation, etc.
- Improve developer experience and user adoption.
Your profile:
- Strong experience in system/solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
- Experience with development tooling and CI/CD
- Interest in AI-driven automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
What makes this role unique
You shape the future SDLC landscape in a large-scale IT organization. You directly impact efficiency, developer experience, and compliance, at the intersection of technology, process excellence, risk governance, and AI innovation
