Senior Project Manager (Sharepoint)

Our client is looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager , with proven experience in the implementation of solutions based on SharePoint / Microsoft 365 .

You will be responsible for the successful deployment of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 projects,

Primarily:

• The migration to SharePoint and the new intranet (also based on SharePoint). The organization wants to use SharePoint as a collaborative platform (within departments, between departments, and as an intranet), allowing different departments to manage their documents.
• The successful candidate will continue the activities already carried out within the framework of the Migration to SharePoint and Intranet projects (replacing the current project/department manager).

The candidate will have to:

• Take charge of the project objectives in order to ensure that risks and problems are managed or escalated appropriately and clearly;
• Communicate with and manage stakeholders (businesses and reception centers);
• To acquire a good understanding of the Agency, its expectations and its needs;
• Prepare and deliver presentations, and facilitate decision-making with stakeholders;
• To support operational (business) teams in the training and coaching process;
• Represent the project in accordance with the client's culture, ensuring that the objectives of quality, transparency, auditability and profitability are met;
• Adopt a practical (“hands-on”) approach and go into detail when necessary.
