DEVOPS GITLAB JIRA DATA MANAGEMENT SHAREPOINT AGILE
Mission Context:
As part of the modernization of biometric capabilities and identification data management, the Administration is responsible for developing, integrating, and operating a suite of IT applications for the benefit of the Integrated (GPI) units.
This includes:
- A platform for managing and operating a national digital photo library;
- Fingerprint and facial recognition applications provided by an external service provider (ABIS public contract);
- Interfaces with existing Integrated federal systems;
- Support for the migration of biometric and photographic data.
- In this context, the Administration wishes to recruit a Senior Project Manager to coordinate internal and external application development, supervise the development teams involved in these projects, and assist the Program Manager in the overall management of the program.
- The role also involves ensuring operational coordination and monitoring of the work and deliverables produced by the external provider responsible for delivering the fingerprint and facial recognition solutions.
- This entire mission must be carried out in close collaboration with the technical architects appointed by the Administration and in compliance with the architectural principles, technical standards and technological guidelines defined by them.
Function:

- They are responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and coordinating the activities carried out by the various teams involved in the development, integration, and deployment of the solutions.
- They ensure the consistency of the work performed by internal teams and external service providers (in accordance with the specifications and their proposal), and monitor technical and functional dependencies (in consultation with a "functional" Project Manager appointed by the Administration).
- They also provide direct support to the Program Manager in the governance, coordination, and management activities of the program within the scope of their mission.
He is notably responsible for
- Monitor developments related to the platform for managing photo-type images associated with biometric data.
