AGILE DATA MODELS
As a Functional Analyst / System Engineer, you combine business analysis with technical application ownership. You act as the bridge between business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT teams while ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the Document Generation & Output Management (CCM) platform and its reporting solutions.
The platform is used to generate and publish regulatory, legal, and client reporting documents, serving as a key component within the financial reporting landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories.
- Own and support the Document Generation (CCM) platform and related reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot incidents, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage application configurations, deployments, upgrades, and release activities.
- Analyze and optimize document generation flows, data integrations, and publishing processes.
- Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor platform stability, security, capacity, and operational risks.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Experience as a Functional Analyst, System Engineer, Application Engineer, or Technical Application Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM), document generation, or reporting platforms is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively bridge business and IT.
