NOSQL POSTGRESQL SQL ELASTICSEARCH DOCUMENTATION EXADATA
Our client wishes to strengthen its DBA team with a database manager profile, whose activities will be as follows:
- Database and process tuning;
- Database monitoring;
- Participation, collaboration, assistance, and advice on database management: storage space management and reorganization, backup management, database configuration, and job
- management related to PostgreSQL, Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server;
- Management/resolution of incidents/problems (restorations, restarts, reapplication of redo logs on standby, etc.) related to PostgreSQL, Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server;
- Participation, collaboration, assistance, and advice on the installation, configuration, and updating of PostgreSQL, Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server;
- Synchronization and refresh of test and validation environments in collaboration with project and testing teams;
- Support and advice to developers and users (strong links with development and project teams);
- Conceptualization of database models;
- Advice on database schemas proposed by development teams;
- Execution of database scripts and debugging;
- Documentation and reporting;
Skills Required:
- Database administration under Oracle Exadata 19.
- PostgreSQL database administration (under Patroni) and PostGIS
- SQL Server database administration experience (minimum 6 years).
- Oracle Exadata Platform / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Tools: SQL*Plus, SQL*Developer, Toad, pgadmin, phppgadmin
- Linux operating system
- Windows Server operating system
- Implementation, monitoring and reporting of PostgreSQL databases
- Oracle Enterprise Manager 24ai Console (features and architecture)
- Setup and administration of physical or logical Oracle standby databases (via Exadata console)
- ElasticSearch & Kibana
- Architecture Oracle CDB/PDB
- Setting up and administering PostgreSQL standby databases
- SQL et NoSQL
- pgwatch2 console (installation and configuration)
